These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RampAviation.com (the "Site") and any related services offered by Ramp Aviation ("Ramp Aviation," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, submitting a request for quote (RFQ), or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the company or entity you represent. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Use of the Website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Site;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or servers/networks connected to it;
- Use any automated means, including bots or scrapers, to access the Site without our prior written consent;
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Quotes & Orders
Information on the Site, including pricing, specifications, and lead times, is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. A request for quote (RFQ) submitted through the Site is an inquiry only and does not create a contract.
Any quote we provide in response to an RFQ is valid only for the period stated in that quote and is subject to our standard terms of sale, which will govern the resulting transaction. All orders are subject to acceptance by Ramp Aviation, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or concerns identified during export compliance review.
Intellectual Property
The Site and all content on it, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and software, is the property of Ramp Aviation or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
You may view and download a single copy of materials on the Site for your own internal, non-commercial reference, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.
User Submissions
If you submit specifications, drawings, files, or other materials to us through an RFQ or otherwise ("Submissions"), you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit that material, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Submission solely to evaluate, quote, and, if applicable, fulfill your request. We will treat Submissions that reasonably appear to be confidential or proprietary in accordance with our standard business confidentiality practices, but you should not submit information you are not authorized to share, and any non-disclosure obligations beyond this must be set out in a separate signed agreement.
Export & Regulatory Compliance
Aviation products and related technical data may be subject to U.S. export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and, where applicable, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
By using the Site or placing an order, you represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to U.S. embargo, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and to obtain any required government authorization before exporting, re-exporting, or transferring any product or technical data obtained from us.
Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
Any warranties applicable to products purchased from us are governed exclusively by the written terms of sale or purchase order accompanying that transaction, and not by this Site.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAMP AVIATION AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ramp Aviation and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Ramp Aviation. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Ramp Aviation is principally located, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that State, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause and without notice. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
